Sealing entry points and structural gaps to stop pests before they get inside, a key part of long-term protection. A mouse can squeeze through a gap a quarter of an inch high; our technicians find those gaps and close them.

Abalon employs state-of-the-art Integrated Pest Management to interrupt pest life cycles: an initial cleaning, efficient eradication techniques, harborage elimination and sealing of entry points. Exclusion is the step that keeps the results permanent. Instead of treating the same rodents and insects again and again, we keep them out of the building in the first place.

Search
Technicians inspect the doors, windows, pipes, vents and utility penetrations where pests enter, inside and out, and document every entry hole.

Seal
Each point of entry is sealed with the appropriate product for the specific problem and environment: copper mesh, sealants, door sweeps, vent screens and sheet metal.

Verify
Follow-up inspections and written reports confirm the seals are holding and identify any new gaps as buildings settle and change.
